Order Return & Refund Notice

Thank you for your order! We sincerely hope you are pleased with your new canvas bag. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchased canvas bag for any reason, you may return the item to us. Please review our detailed return policy below carefully.

Returns

To qualify for a full refund, you must send back your canvas bag within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. The returned bag must be kept in its original brand-new condition, with no scratches, stains, wear marks, or damage. All original packaging, tags and accessories must be intact and attached.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return request, please reach out to our customer support team first to get our official return warehouse address.
  2. After obtaining the return address, please repack your canvas bag securely with its original packaging, and put your order proof inside the return parcel for quick verification.

Refunds

Please note that refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to reflect on your credit card account, which depends solely on your card issuer’s official processing rules. We will send you a confirmation email immediately once your return and refund process is fully completed.

The following items are NOT eligible for return, refund or exchange:

  • Gift cards

If you receive defective, damaged or incorrect canvas bags due to our store mistakes, please contact our support team anytime to arrange a free refund or exchange service.

Only regular full-priced canvas bags support return and refund services. All discounted clearance sale items are final sales, which cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.

We only support free exchange services for defective or damaged canvas bags received on arrival. If you need to exchange your item for the same style canvas bag, please send an email to our official mailbox: backpackusworld.shop.

For customer-initiated returns (personal reasons), customers need to bear all return shipping fees, and the specific freight cost is subject to the courier you choose.

Order cancellation is only permitted before your canvas bag order enters production and shipping preparation. Fully cancelled orders will get a 100% full refund. Once your parcel is dispatched, order cancellation will no longer be accepted.
